For example: conditions such as but not limited to, chest pain, acute shortness of breath, profuse bleeding, slurred speech, confusion, bleeding with pregnancy and severe abdominal pain etc. 
Urgent Care: Their care team treats patients for problems that are acute and urgent but not life threatening. See listing on their website.

Designed specifically to meet the unique needs of migrant farmworker patients. The goal of the outreach activities is to provide preventive healthcare and a means to access healthcare if needed.
Community Health Workers are Certified Medical Interpreters and representative of the cultures they serve. Patient services offered include community resources, patient education, referrals, transportation, home visits, interpretation, and more.

​Planned Parenthood of the Southern Finger Lakes is a nonprofit family planning agency that provides high-quality, affordable reproductive and sexual health care for people across our region. Many of our patients have no other health care available to them. To schedule a medical appointment or ask a medical question, please call the health center closest to you.
